Meet the Doctors
Dr. Dale L. Rodrigue, Optometrist
Dr. Dale Rodrigue was born and raised in Augusta, Maine. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Biology. He was then accepted and attended Illinois College of Optometry receiving a second bachelor's degree in Visual Science with honors then graduated in 1982 with a Doctor of Optometry, Cum Laude.
He completed his Optometric Internship at the Strawn Memorial Eye Clinic/Illinois Eye Institute as well as rotation at the Infant Welfare Clinic in Chicago. He has completed post doctorate education in glaucoma at Brigham Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. His specialties and areas of interest are primary eye care for all ages, diabetic eye disease, and contact lenses.
Dr. Rodrigue established his practice in Augusta, Maine in 1982 and has been a part of the greater Kennebec community ever since. Dr. Rodrigue participates in community screenings offered by MaineGeneral Medical Center and served two terms on the Maine Diabetic Council and two terms on the Board of Directors of the Maine Optometric Association.
Dr. Rodrigue is board certified by the American Board of Optometry, is an adjunct faculty member of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, a member of the American Optometric Association, Maine Optometric Association, New England Council of Optometry and the local Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Marc Daniels, M.D.
Dr. Marc Daniels was born and raised in New York City. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Bioengineering. He was accepted and graduated from State University of New York medical school in Buffalo and completed his residency at Nassau University Medical Center. He completed a fellowship in retina and vitreous at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Dr. Daniels is board certified in Ophthalmology and specializes in cataract and retinal/vitreous eye surgery.
